Mike's Agenda for "Working Families"
As the November election draws closer, Mike Brinegar continues to share his message for positive change with "Working Families" throughout the 28th Senate District. Mike is committed to representing the people of the 28th District and the hard working Hoosiers in this great state. Mike Brinegar's top priorities for Indiana are:
Strengthen Indiana's Economy by attracting better paying jobs to the state and protecting the jobs that already exist.
Reform the state's property tax system to make it fair and affordable for "Working Families".
Increase funding for education by supporting growing school districts, universities, and educators. We need to improve education in this state, not only for our children, but for displaced workers, as well.
Improve wages and working conditions for Indiana's "Working Families" by reinstating collective bargaining for state employees and supporting labor.
Support all Hoosier workers by opposing the "Right to Work for Less" legislation being pushed by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Bush's man Mitch and the Republican Party.
Immediately cease privatization of Indiana's assets and resources.
Mike Brinegar knows first-hand the challenges facing the people of the state of Indiana. Traveling across the district, Mike has met thousands of "Working Families" who continue to struggle because of job loss, property taxes, and high gas prices. While the solution to these problems may not come about easily, Mike Brinegar is the candidate with the experience and drive to develop solutions to these issues. With your support, we can elect Mike Brinegar to the State Senate and finally have someone representing our interests pushing for the positive change "Working Families" desperately need to continue to prosper in this great state.
